Hey bud, im guessing its to slow? Couple of quick q's to diagnose the problem... What HP engine? How many teeth currently on your axel sprocket? and what is the inner diameter of your spool?

If your rocking a TAV2 with a 12 tooth drive sprocket, as a rule of thumb its ideal to aim for 1/5 ratio on your axel sprocket. So anything around 60 tooth should be ball park. This should give you a fairly good balance of speed & torque... however, this will also be affected by other variables like the inner diameter of you spool and both the HP and RPM of your engine.

Cheers

im runnin a 6.5 hp. my drum is 8inh diameter, i had a 60tooth sprocket com in from the state so hopefully that will be better cheers for the help.
