wakeskate.com.au

A bunch of eight Aussie wakeskaters just got back from wakeskate.com.au's first trip to the Philippines. If you have not heard about the wakepark know as CWC in the philippines you are missing out! The park consists of a cable lake with 14 obstacles, a boat lake with a mastercraft X1 avalable for hire and my favourite is their system 2 set ups on 5 different lakes. To ride there is cheap as and have on site accomodation which is comfortable and within 50mtrs of the lake. We will be loading pictures and footage of the park and other mischief so keep cheking this discussion. If any one has any questions post them here and myself or one of the other guys will answer them.

so jealous! was it busy like how long would u wait for at the cable line up? and did u guys shred the winch park?
Please tell me that this could turn into an annual wakeskate.com.au trip to cwc?!?!?!
The line is awesome during the week! It can get a bit busy on the weekends, but the line still moves pretty fast as they all have no idea what they are doing, half of the people dont know how to swim (good to watch). The winch park there is so awesome, best thing i have ever ridin. My fav was the pool with the 8 stair gap, as soon as i figure out my camera ill post pictures up of the park.
Next year we will try to organise a trip over there again if people are keen. This trip was just to figure out prices and figure out what else is cool to do over there. If you book early enough you can probably get flights for around $1000 and if you are there for just over a week you can live well for about $500. So all up it will cost about $1500. Bargain!

The winch park when we went was included in the two week pass that we bought. It is a bit of a grey area, just ask reuben over there and he will hook u up!
man itd look like people would get messed up if u mis timed an ollie down those stairs. Guess the insurance aint the same for the philippines aye. Next year if u go in uni holidays ill be there for sure.
i went over with millsy.
its the best place i have ever been, the winch park is crazy we were all gob smacked when we first rode it, and the stairs are the funnest thing ever. they look a bit scary but its really easy to clear it.
For anyone going over for the first time make sure you cheack out the hot springs.
And the tattooest on the beach of the cable haha.
Cant wait to get back over there. couple of pics from the trip
