Gearing?

Hi guys, Im currently building a winch and wondering what gearing, spool size, diameter and length i should use?

I have a 6hp briggs and stratton, going to use a centrifugal clutch a,nd 12" spool side walls, any help would be great!

6hp and a centrifugal cluth wont be good enough to deep start and if you use a tav torque converter instead of the clutch u will have a better winch all round and a better pull, and deep starts obviously
